Part Time Maintenance Inspector

Roughly 6-8 hours per week 1099 - independent contractor $15/hour Duties:
Twice Weekly Drive/walk through the entire facility Check for damages Check for empty units Clean out empty units Overlocks and unlocks as requested by site manager Pick up any trash found on-site.
Check for locked open units.
Check for anything out of the ordinary Take pictures with smartphone - must have a smart phone Repairs and maintenance tasks as requested by maintenance manager Meet with contractors as requested by maintenance manager Assess damage Light duty repair and maintenance Other, as needed Job Type:
